When should I book holiday lighting in Omaha?
Installations run from early November through mid December. Booking in September or October leaves a wider choice of install days, and it means your roofline is already measured when the cold arrives. Once the calendar fills, the date is the date.
When do you answer calls and texts?
Every day, 11am to 8pm. Photos and quote requests that arrive after 8pm get a reply first thing the next morning. In season, service messages during that window go to the same number that quoted you.
What happens if a bulb goes out?
You call or text the same number that quoted you. During the season we are back within 24 hours and replace it at no cost. That is the Continuous Proactive In-Season Maintenance Guarantee, and it applies to every installation we hang.
Do you use my lights or yours?
Ours. Commercial spool wire, sockets and bulbs are included in the price, cut to your roofline and labeled for your house. They stay with us at the end of the season, which is why renewals cost less than the first year.
I already own lights. Will you hang them?
Yes, on a labor-only quote. The 24-hour bulb guarantee covers our commercial stock only, since retail strands are often out of production by the next season.
Who takes the lights down?
We do, in January, and it is included. Every run is labeled and stored so next season installs in an afternoon instead of a day.
